Bright, tropical and refreshing. Fluffy coconut sponge is layered with a tangy passion fruit crémeux and smooth coconut buttercream, bringing together creamy coconut and the sharp freshness of passion fruit.

A lovely balance of sweet and tangy, and a lighter alternative to our richer chocolate and caramel cakes.

Storage: Keep refrigerated. If serving the same day, the cake can be kept in a cool, air-conditioned room until ready to serve.
Best enjoyed: Remove from the refrigerator approximately 1-2 hours before serving and enjoy at room temperature.
