This website is operated by Toujours. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Toujours.

Please read these Terms of Use carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Order Confirmation

  • We reserve the right to withdraw or amend the service we provide on our site without notice. We will not be liable if, for any reason, our site is unavailable at any time. Occasionally, we may restrict access to some parts of our site, or to our entire site, to users who have registered with us.
  • All orders accepted are orders with a minimum value of Rs 1000/- (Rs one thousand only) without delivery charge.
    After placing an order, you will receive an Order Confirmation email to notify you of the fact we have received and accepted your order.
  • The storage and shelf life instructions for all Products are mentioned in the description on the website.
    Your order will only be accepted once payment has been received in full by us; post which, terms and conditions will become effective.
  • Our prices include GST. Delivery costs  will be added to the total amount due before completion of your order.
    We will send you confirmation upon receipt of payment. The payment for all Products must be by any of the methods available on Instamojo on the date when your order is placed.
  • All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses or for any reason does not, authorise payment to us, whether in advance of or subsequent to a payment, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of the Products ordered.
  • Monday to Sunday: You need to place your order at least 48 hours prior to when you want to receive it unless specified otherwise in the product description.
  • Toujours cannot warranty the quality of its products if the recipient does not ensure proper storage conditions after receiving.
  • Please be aware that products may vary from the images presented on the website and the images are used for representational purposes only as all Toujours products are handcrafted.

Delivery

  • Toujours delivers all over Mumbai city for a delivery fee. As of now, delivery outside of Mumbai and internationally is not supported.
  • The customer is responsible for the information of the recipient’s correct name and address details. This information should be precise, accurate and complete ( i.e. contact name and number, building name, flat number, wing etc.) to enable delivery under normal conditions.
  • All deliveries will be made within the given time slot. If any delivery is made outside of the specified time slot, this does not entitle the customer to any refunds.

Cancellation And Refund Policy

  • Toujours reserves the right to cancel any order under the following circumstances:
  • If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, you must notify us by 9:00 AM one day prior to the delivery date (i.e. if an order is scheduled for 25th of May, the cancellation will need to be made by 9:00 AM on the 24th of May). A refund will be processed after confirmation of cancellation. Following this period, no refunds will be given under any circumstances.
  • Incorrect or incomplete information regarding customer’s address (street address, landmark etc.)
  • Obvious inaccuracies in the product listing (error in price, specification, quantity etc.)
  • Unavailability of the product
  • If area falls under Non Serviceable zone or out of delivery area by our Logistics team even after placing the order, in that case, the order can be cancelled.

Replacement Policy

  • Ownership of the products is transferred completely to the customer only once full payment of the billed amount is made. Products are at the risk of the customers once they have been delivered.
  • Since taste and preference is a very personal matter, we will not entertain replacements or refunds for products that are simply not to your liking.
  • If the products are damaged, incomplete or different from the one you have ordered, please contact us immediately and we will have them replaced, upon investigation of the case.
  • Toujours will not be held liable for any complaints raised after 24 hours of receipt of the products.
  • In the case of damaged goods, you must retain the damaged Products and all packaging for inspection by us. Based on the outcome of our examination of the products, a part of full refund in the form of store credit will be given.
