1984

FROM HUMBLE BEGINNINGS

Our journey to being one of Mumbai’s best patisseries had humble beginnings. We set up shop as a takeaway bakery on a quiet street corner in Mumbai called Cake n Candy, founded by Alpa Pereira. The resources were few, but it didn’t deter us from our passion to bring you the most decadent desserts you’d ever tasted.

1984

OUR FORAY INTO DESIGNER CAKES

The doors to the world of big designer cakes opened when we baked the 25th wedding anniversary cake for one of the most well-known power couples of Bollywood - Dilip Kumar and Saira Banu.

2009

MEET OUR FOUNDER

We decided to highlight our founder Alpa Pereira’s expertise in French patisserie from years of training in France and across Europe and thus opened Toujours. She specializes in making indulgent entremets, pastries, cakes, exquisite macarons, flaky croissants, and more.

2014

BUSINESS HAS BLOOMED

35 years down the line, our family-run business has grown and evolved but our dedication to creating indulgent, artisanal desserts with top quality, globally sourced ingredients have remained the same. We continue to use traditional techniques, put much thought into every component, focus on the details, and craft an experience for our customers that always have them coming back for more.

TOUJOURS GOES ONLINE!

We took our business further and launched our online store. It made placing an order with us easier and more convenient. You can now expect freshly-made, delicious desserts and seasonal treats delivered at your doorstep, anywhere in Mumbai. Being a part of the happy occasions in our customers’ lives has brought us great joy.
