1. What is Toujours?

Toujours is a Mumbai-based patisserie with over 40 years of baking heritage. We create artisanal desserts, hampers, bespoke cakes, baked treats and more that blend craftsmanship with modern indulgence.

2. Do you have a physical store?

We are currently an online-first patisserie. All orders are prepared fresh in our kitchen in Andheri West and delivered across Mumbai, with select products available pan-India.

3. How do I place an order?

Orders can be placed directly through our website or you can reach out to our team on WhatsApp on +919867676070. For customised cakes, gifting or bulk enquiries, it is best to contact us via WhatsApp.

4. How much advance notice do you need?

  • Standard menu items: 24–48 hours, select items are available for same day delivery.
  • Custom cakes & desserts: 3–5 days
  • Bulk or festive orders: 2–3 weeks

5. Do you deliver pan-India?

Yes. Certain hampers and products can be shipped pan-India. You can reach out to our team via Whatsapp to help with this option. 

6. Can I schedule a delivery for a specific date/time?

Yes, you can select your preferred date and time slot at checkout. We recommend booking early for special occasions and festive seasons.

7. Do you offer eggless or dietary-friendly options?

Yes. We offer a large selection of eggless items. For gluten-free, refined sugar-free, and vegan options, we have a some options you can view on the website and contact us on WhatsApp for special orders.

8. Can I customise my cake or hamper?

Absolutely. From flavours and colours to packaging and branding, our team works with you to create something unique for your celebration.

9. Do you offer corporate gifting solutions?

Yes. We curate hampers and artisanal desserts tailored for corporate clients, festive occasions, and personal milestones.

10. Do you provide samples for bulk orders?

Yes, curated samples with a fee can be provided before confirming large orders.

11. Can you add company branding?

Yes. From logo placement to custom packaging, we ensure your gifts reflect your brand identity.

12. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking and PayPal. For corporate/bulk orders, bank transfers are available.

13. Can I cancel or change my order?

  • Standard menu items: Cancellations up to 24 hours before delivery.
  • Custom or bulk orders: Non-refundable once confirmed, as they are made to order.

14. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

As our products are perishable, we do not accept returns. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us immediately and our team will assist you.

Storage & Shelf Life

15. How should I store my order?

  • Cakes & desserts: Refrigerate and consume at room temperature within 24–48 hours.
  • Hampers & chocolates: Store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight.

16. Do your products contain preservatives?

No. All our products are freshly made without preservatives and hydrogenated fats. We exclusively use pure couverture chocolate for all our products.
