Old Fashioned Carrot Cake

Just as a good carrot cake should be. A moist carrot sponge made with freshly grated carrots, nuts, dried fruit and warm spices, topped with a generous layer of cream cheese frosting.

Full of flavour and texture without being overly sweet, it’s especially good with a cup of coffee.

Storage: Keep refrigerated. If serving the same day, the cake can be kept in a cool, air-conditioned room until ready to serve.
Best enjoyed: Remove from the refrigerator approximately 1-2 hours before serving and enjoy at room temperature.
