Pistachio & Raspberry Cake

Pistachio and raspberry come together beautifully in this fresh, nutty cake. Moist pistachio sponge is layered with our in-house raspberry compote and raspberry buttercream, then finished with mascarpone buttercream and a generous crust of pistachios.

The tartness of the raspberry cuts through the richness of the pistachio, making every bite perfectly balanced.

Storage: Keep refrigerated. If serving the same day, the cake can be kept in a cool, air-conditioned room until ready to serve.
Best enjoyed: Remove from the refrigerator approximately 1-2 hours before serving and enjoy at room temperature.
