Galette des Rois

A traditional French classic pastry. It is a flaky, buttery puff pastry filled with Almond frangipane. 
The galettes have a hidden feve inside and whoever gets the feve in their piece is crowned King for the day, as per tradition.

Storage Guidelines: Best eaten the same day. Store in the fridge for up to 2 days. Heat the galette in the oven before consuming.

All galettes can be made with egg or eggless.
