Please use the following guide to ensure proper storage and the best consumption conditions for your products
Cakes
- All ganache cakes are best consumed at room temperature (approx. 22°C to 25°C) to ensure the best flavour and texture.
- Store your cake in an air conditioned room, if not consumed immediately.
- Leftover cake can be stored in the refrigerator for upto 3 days in an airtight container. Except Fruit cakes which need to be consumed the same day.
- All mousse cakes need to be refrigerated until served.
Cupcakes
- Cupcakes are best consumed at room temperature (approx. 22°C to 25°C).
- Store cupcakes in an air conditioned room, if not consumed immediately.
- Leftover cupcakes can be stored in the refrigerator for upto 3 days in an airtight container.
Brownies
- Brownies are best consumed at room temperature (approx. 22°C to 25°C) and can be stored at room temperature for up to 5 days, either in an airtight container or by wrapping the box in cling film.
Cookies
- Cookies must be consumed at room temperature (approx. 22°C to 25°C) and can be stored for upto 15 days.
- Chocolate-based cookies should be refrigerated and brought to room temperature before consuming.
Tea Cakes
- Tea cakes are best consumed at room temperature (approx. 22°C to 25°C).
- Tea cakes can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Entremets
- All entremets need to be refrigerated until served. Leftover entremets can be stored for upto 2 days.
Chocolates
- Chocolates are best eaten at room temperature (approx. 22°C to 25°C). Keep in the original packaging in a cool, dry place away from light and odours.
- If you must refrigerate, carefully wrap the box in cling film.
- Take out of refrigerator 2 hours before consumption so the chocolates return to room temperature.
Macarons
- The macarons will keep for 3 days in the refrigerator.
- Take macarons out half an hour before serving to get the full benefit of their textures and flavours.
