Chocolate Chip Almondine

A brown butter cookie baked with couverture chocolate and roasted almonds, finished with a chocolate diya for Diwali.

Crisp around the edges and soft through the centre, our Chocolate Chip Almondine is generously studded with couverture chocolate and toasted almonds. Brown butter gives it a deeper, nutty flavour, balanced by rich chocolate and plenty of almond crunch.

Made for slicing and sharing, it can be served as is or warmed slightly before serving.
