Lotus Biscoff Cake

The cookie butter that has taken the world by storm, of course, we turned it into a cake! This cake is made with a moist vanilla Sponge layered with Biscoff buttercream, creamy Biscoff butter, and crushed Lotus Biscoff biscuits finished with a Biscoff drip and biscuits on top as well, we made sure it is loaded with that divine Biscoff flavour!
