Lotus Biscoff Cake

Everything you love about Biscoff, in a cake. Biscoff sponge is layered with Biscoff buttercream, creamy cookie butter and crushed Lotus Biscoff biscuits for plenty of that distinctive caramelised biscuit flavour in every bite.

Finished with a Biscoff drip and biscuits for a little extra crunch.

Storage: Keep refrigerated. If serving the same day, the cake can be kept in a cool, air-conditioned room until ready to serve.
Best enjoyed: Remove from the refrigerator approximately 1-2 hours before serving and enjoy at room temperature.
