Marzipan Cake

Our marzipan has always had a fan base of its own. Made in-house at Toujours, our signature cashew marzipan wraps your choice of vanilla sponge with vanilla buttercream or chocolate sponge with chocolate ganache.

Sweet, nutty and distinctly Toujours, this is a longtime favourite for anyone who loves marzipan.

Storage: Do not refrigerate. The cake is to be kept in a cool, air-conditioned room until ready to serve. Consume the same day.
Best enjoyed: Consume at room temperature.
