Chocolate and coffee are always a good combination. Our Mocha Cake has layers of chocolate sponge with a smooth coffee cream, finished with a rich chocolate glaze.

The coffee comes through beautifully without overpowering the chocolate, making this a favourite with both chocolate and coffee lovers.

Storage: Keep refrigerated. If serving the same day, the cake can be kept in a cool, air-conditioned room until ready to serve.
Best enjoyed: Remove from the refrigerator approximately 1-2 hours before serving and enjoy at room temperature.
